Locking your Facebook profile on your Android or iOS device is pretty simple. All you need to do is follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Facebook application on your Android or iOS device and log in to your account.
Step 2: Tap on your profile picture.
Step 3: Now, tap on the three dots Menu to open the Settings.
Step 4: There you will see Lock profile option. Tap on it.
Step 5: Now, tap on Lock your profile option at the bottom of the screen. Once you do that, you will get a pop-up message that will tell you only your friends can see the photos and posts on your timeline.
Step 6: Tap Ok to complete the process.
With this, you can easily lock your Facebook profile on your Android or iOS device.
If you prefer using Facebook on a desktop or laptop, you can lock your profile by following these steps:
Step 1: Open your browser and go to Facebook website.
Step 2: Click on your profile picture at the top right to go your profile page.
Step 3: Click on the three dots under the Edit Profile button.
Step 4: From the options, select Lock Profile.
Step 5: You will get a pop-up message, click on Lock Your Profile.
