Looking to buy non-camera 3G smartphone

Unfortunately there are none, but ideally there should be at least some options. There are a lot of companies who still restricts camera phone, but that means the user is unable to use any decent phone.

there is no non-camera 3G phone, however you can buy any cheapest android device under 3k. lots of them available in Indian market. e.g Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 4007 available at Rs. 2199 on flipkart.com.
