There are various option under 12 k and there are lost of brand too under this range you can go for Indian as well as Chinese brand too like xiaomi and Oppo. In Indian brand you can go for panasonic, Lenovo, Moto, Xolo, Samsung, Micromax, Lava, Intex and may more,

So my suggestion is that first choose the brand and than your features and than go for the Smart phone.
