Warranty Summary	Motor	1 Year Warranty
Covered in Warranty	Warranty is non-transferrable, Valid only in the Territory of India and limited to the first purchaser. Warranty covers electrical / functional parts only. Circumstances where the replacement of the entire unit/product is approved (by brand), the same model shall be replaced and if the same model is not available then full Invoice value will be returned to the customer. Faulty/defective spare/s or product becomes a property of the brand. While carrying out repair, brands may use accessories or spare/s part/s product that are new or refurbished or reconditioned. This warranty covers only the defects in the product arising out of manufacturing. Missing/defective accessories shall be repaired / replaced with new one, and not the complete product.	1) Warranty is non-transferable, valid only in the territory of India and extended only to the first end user customer (Customer). 2) Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service, 3) Warranty will cover only functional parts and software issues having manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from un-authorised adaptations/ tampering of the product, improper installation of the product, normal wear and tear caused due to use of product.
Not Covered in Warranty	Improper installation or damages where installation done by self / 3rd party person. In the case of commercial usage (hostel, paying guest, salon, hotel, office, etc ) of the product, the warranty period is limited to 90 days. No warranty on certain / passive parts of product failures e.g. rubber/plastic/LED/fasteners /cable/wires/knob /honey com/trays /frame/body/tank/ wheels etc. No warranty on external / internal accessories parts like inlet / outlet hose or pipes, mounts, stands etc. Defects arising like improper usage, miss-handling, usage not as per user manual / normal wear and tear physical damages / electrical damage caused by abnormal voltage/spike/earthing conditions are not covered under warranty. Plumbing/electrical works are not in scope of installation & repair. The brand shall not be liable for any loss or damage, cost of expense that arises due to inability or improper usage of product. Warranty shall be null & void if-type or serial number on the product has been altered, removed or defaced.	1) Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer; normal wear and tear caused due to use of product. 2) Warranty does not cover any external accessories to the product (such as battery, cable, carrying bag etc.) 3) All plastic, rubber, glass, or aesthetic parts and consumable replacements will be on a chargeable basis. 4) All transportation & handling expenses incurred while replacing or repairing will be payable by the Customer. 5) Warranty shall be voids if: a) The type or serial no. on the product has been altered, removed or defaced. b) The product is not operated as per the instructions given in the User Guide, if any.
