Reliance LYF flame 2 or wind 1

sir i want to know that if i purchase LYF's flame 2 phone and share its internet via wifi hotspot to my one plus one and other phones.....will there be any diffrence in speed on reciving phone if i buy LYF's wind 1......please tell me which phone shud i buy if my only purpose is sharing internet from LYF to ANOTHER 4 phones in my home
