What’s the best laptop under Rs. 70,000 for work and light editing?

I’m looking for a laptop within the budget of 70,000. Being an influencer who is always busy in creating content, especially videos. I need a laptop through which I can access light editing and can use tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
