Why do I keep seeing spam calls despite the new network-level filters?

Have you heard about Airtel and Jio’s new AI-powered spam alerts? Even the spammers are not able to recognise it. I checked my phone's call screen settings to make any changes to stop these or simply muting all unknown callers?
