Why is there no "Dislike" button on Instagram yet?

Instagram encouraging positivity so it doesn’t have a dislike button. But what if users are posting negative or irrelevant content? We can comment on post/videos on instagram, that has the high chances of spreading negative comments. Don’t you think instagram should have a dislike button?
