• Dell 3511 ..Worst laptop and worst customer support!!

  I bought one laptop last year. In Dec or Jan 2023 it developed snags like going to sleep automatically even when it was set to "Never go to sleep". While laptop was still under warranty I requested for an engineer's visit and they tried to resolve the issue on whatsapp chat only and took more than a month (they are still figuring out the main issue on whatsapp only ;-) ) and it resulted in warranty period expiry..When confronted they dont want to listen our issue and are not ready to send an engineer to visit my place!! They asked me to try different steps and diagnostic tests which never helped..This is really frustrating..and I can now say that I am NEVER going to buy any Dell product in future and will ask my students as well not to buy any DELL products!! Very Very bad product and very very bad customer support!!

  Hinged problem h..kya changes ho skta h lptop..dell new lptop mein replace kr skta h....please please ye model koi purchase nhi kre .ye lptop strt se hi problm derha hhhh so pleaseeee
