• Confused and Very Dissapointing

  I bought this laptop 4 days ago and on comparison with my previous laptop which I worked on for nearly 11 years, this is very disappointing and not even close to what it was worth. The computer is slow even though it has 10th Gen Intel Core i3 processor. The Dell SupportAssist app that comes preinstalled doesn't open by itself unless we open it through the 'My Dell' App. Microsoft Edge loads every single time I type something on the search box. Out of all the devices I have, this is the only Dell product I own and this is the worst of all of them.

    Dear, with which other dell models you are comparing the speed. Since it has SSD and 4MB CACHE the speed should be ok (not comparing with high end Latitude). I am using inspiron 5480 with 256SSD , speed is ok. 5590 should be a better performer. I was thinking to buy this, let me know on the issue pl

    An i3 10th generation processor will still be slow compared to an i5 8th generation, an higher intel processor will ensure boost in speed so always opt for higher processor than generation.

  Really awesome performance notebook. Aluminium body Being stronger and lighter. fingerprint is very fine work, display is awesome, battery backup is 8 hour,10th generation processor is better work than older generation processor, fast internet setting without any lagging problem, i am using photoPhot, corel, youtube editing, serfing browser, ms word, excel, watichin movie & listening songs, sometimes plate video games, and i say to really this is superb performance notebook,

    Hi Ravi Prakash, Ya the performance is awesome,but i have an issue with the display ,does it have shadow on the display during booting, during any video play at the corners(edges) at full screen mode or in dark room with dark background.If it doesn't then let me know .

  I bought this version of laptop on Dell.com in Jun 2020, paying 43k. This has been very sparingly used and primarily used by my daughter for g-meet to support online classes. I have wasted countless hours/days talking to Dell Support to address very very poor performance of this laptop. I open 1 browser and it takes 3-5 mins to respond. Even after a new OS image re-install and complete re-formatting, this is not resolved. My honest recommendation is to not invest in this version of dell laptop.
