There was a hardware problem with the PC. It went to Dell repair shop. They fixed the hardware but uninstalled my Windows 10 software. I've never been able to reinstall the software. I want to return the computer. My availability for returns expired on March 18, 2019. Can I do a return anyway? I'm a longtime customer. Thanks, Bob, Houston, TX. Pardon my using this box for returns, but y'all make it hard to find return help.
