Sold as new. But in fact was used.Susan Y Gilbreth (Jun 3, 2019) on AmazonVERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS. Would work out of the box. Showed error code that said it needed repair. Called Dell and found out it not only was a 3 year old model but had been sold and used before. It was sold to us a a new model. Returned to Amazon and bought new from DellIs this review helpful?
