Planning to buy a new laptop under Rs. 70,000. Should I get a Chromebook or MacBook Neo?

My budget is around Rs, 70,000 and I am a student who is studying software engineering. I usually need a laptop for my college work and to take notes. I just found out that Apple has launched a new MacBook Neo with some interesting features. Should I purchase the new MacBook Neo or stick to a cheaper Chromebook?
