Sony XPERIA S and the XPERIA Ion:
The first smartphones to be displayed after Sony took over Sony Ericsson are the Sony XPERIA S and the XPERIA Ion at CES 2012. The XPERIA Ion shows off a 4.6" HD Reality display and the Xperia S, a 4.3-inch display. Under the hood, both these beauties run on a 1.5GHz dual-core Scorpion processor, Adreno 220 GPU and 1GB RAM.
