Battery quality is not good.Aapde Badha (Dec 7, 2020) on Gadgets 360My speaker's battery is dead after using only 9 month now battery only works for max 1 hour. I will not recommend this product at this price bcz it's service center is only in delhi and mumbai so you need to pay shipping charge for sending your speaker to service center also your speaker is in warrenty.Is this review helpful?

Portronics Sound Drum battery back up is very low.Kalyan Ghosh (Nov 1, 2019) on Gadgets 360I'm very much disappointed about its poor battery back up. It has service centers in New Delhi and Mumbai. So I cannot get it checked in Lucknow by authorized service center at Lucknow. The company should not compromise with quality to maintain competitive price. I do believe that retention of loyal customer is more important than angling new customers with bad product.Is this review helpful?
