Exchange service is too bad!!Amazon Customer (Jun 14, 2020) on AmazonI bought this new refrigerator with exchange offer for my old one. I got the new one is time. No issues with the product, it is working very well and its a nice product. But almost for two weeks i am trying to contact Amazon customer care to pick up the old refrigerator, i am being told to wait for two days and that i will get a call from their end. These two days have been converted to two weeks and yet no response from Amazon!! The team which delivered the new one told me that different department looks after the exachane service. Customer care executives ask me why the delivery agents didnt pick up the old refrigerator. I am tired of calling the Custormer service now!Is this review helpful?
