Battery, OOW, Bottom needed a replacememtManoj Kumar V (Feb 21, 2018) on AmazonIt's been less than an year and the battery had completely worn out and required a full replacement . I have been running from pillar to post to get the issue rectified and each service person is washing their hands and the reason are very funny. The parts are not so freely available and hence the whole unit to be changed. I am forced to spend another 18000 rupees in an year for getting the laptop working. One of the worst experience from a big brand like this and I presume the product delivered to me is age old and might have been in the shelf for too long before delivering to me . I am contemplating that this can be the beginning and soon I will find the other complaints coming on the way seeing the performance of the MacBook. I am going to scrap this product.as it is going to cost me morePathetic!Is this review helpful?
