• A solid Super quite Washer

  Its been a week and about 5 wash cycles that have happened since then. To keep it simple: Pros: 1) Looks and color 2) Large Door for easy loading 3) Strong built and heavy base 4) Super quite operation - You hardly notice that machine is working that too only during spinning. 5) Customisable wash settings like Temp, Water consumption, Timing etc. Cons: 1) Needs a certain Water pressure, else it keeps indicating the water pressure is low. (Not a serious issue as the machine still operates) 2) Bosch do not recommend putting a stand underneath, which could be a problem in some households.

  Delivery was delayed by a day by Flipcart but I was being timely updated abt the whereabouts of my product. Also they ensured installation is done on time. Within 24 hrs of delivery of the machine demo and installation was organised. Beautiful machine with a big display. Machine does its job silently, no vibrations ...in fact one wouldn't even notice it's running. For now I am really happy with this purchase.

  We bought this product 3 weeks back and compared to our previous IFB washing machine this is extremely silent and gives more flexibility in terms of temperature settings, etc. FK delivery was quick and hassle free as usual with a good price. the only disappointment was that FK did not have an exchange offer. more than money we would prefer if they had tied up on the back-end with a 2nd hand dealer such as Green Dust, we could have gotten our old one out as it is not useful for us. the most amazing aspect of FK customer service was that they booked an appointment for the installation of the product directly with Bosch by the time the machine was delivered to us. Overall happy with the product and the service provided.

  The machine is very silent and uses very less water and detergent. But it had some loose connection & a tiny dent which I attribute to poor transport services of India. However it was rectified immediately by Bosch & Flipkart was willing to send a replacent but I let it be because who knows what damages may be in the next machine. The pipes provided are quite short
