Good product but demo service is horrible!Adite Banerjie (Nov 24, 2019) on AmazonThis is exactly what I was looking for. In terms of product quality, it's a superior product. However, the technician who came to provide the demo and do the installation was clueless about many of the functions of the machine. If I hadn't read the manual that came with the product, I would probably have ended up damaging the product! for instance, i only learnt on reading the manual, how to set low temp settings and that woollens should not be dried in the machine. The company should train its technicians about do's and don'ts of the product before they are sent for installation! NOTE to BUYERS: PLEASE READ THE MANUAL BEFORE USING!Is this review helpful?

Excellent machine. Bosch's service and Amazon's support leave a lot to be desiredGovind Ramakrishnan (Jul 12, 2019) on AmazonThe machine is fantastic and works as advertised. However, it was lying unused for a week till amazon and bosch got their act together and give a demo (I had ended up doing the installation myself after waiting for 3 days).All in all a pathetic customer service experience, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the product.Is this review helpful?
