  BOSCH FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE WAT28661INI have purchased this Bosch Front Loading Washing Machine WAT28661IN from Amazon India and sold by Cloudtail India. Product was delivered as scheduled. Installation process was initiated by Amazon India immediately after the delivery of the product. The technician from Bosch came by calling and installed the product at a specified time given to him as per our availability. The speciality of this Bosch Washing Machine is its iDos Program. iDos stands for Intelligent Dosing System. For this machine we need to use liquid detergent for front loading washing machine. We also need to use a liquid fabric softener. We have purchased the Bosch Front Loading Liquid Detergent and Bosch Liquid Fabric Softener from Amazon India. All we need to do is to pour 1.3 L of the liquid detergent and 0.5 L of the liquid fabric softener in the allotted slots present in the detergent drawer. This amount of liquid detergent and softener is supposed to be sufficient for 20 ? 26 wash cycles depending on the amount of clothing load and degree of soiling of the clothes used in each wash cycle. This Bosch washing machine WAT28661IN will automatically determine how much of liquid detergent is required for washing your clothes depending on the degree of soiling, hardness of water, total loading (weight of clothes used in each cycle) and type of fabric. Depending on the degree of turbidity of the washed waste-water, it can increase the washing time until the washing is perfect. Depending on the degree of soiling one can select the amount of liquid detergent to be used during the wash cycle. For normal level of soiling, for example, dresses used for regular and daily use, one drop symbol selection in the iDos detergent is enough. Similarly, for the liquid fabric softener, we can select the amount of fabric softener to be used during the rinse cycle depending on type of fabric material and our personal feeling. Liquid fabric softener usually keeps the dresses soft and imparts a pleasant odour to the dresses. More the fabric softener, more intense will be the odour of the dresses. Generally, one drop symbol selection in iDos Fabric Softener is enough. We can add upto three levels of extra rinses by water. It is sometimes required if we use heavy fabric materials or materials which tends to absorb and retain detergent. But I found that the machine is intelligent enough to do extra rinses by itself whenever required, which increases the washing time. If anybody wishes to use solid powdered detergent, one can still use it. It has to be added in the prewash compartment of the detergent drawer. One must de-select all the iDos drop symbols (i.e., all drop symbol lights must be off) for the detergent in the touch screen control panel and should select the ?prewash? button in the touch screen control panel. The machine can be switched on / off by pressing the middle of the dial We need to select an appropriate program by rotating the dial. The different programs which are available in this washing machine are Cottons, Cotton Eco, Easy-Care, Delicates/Silk, Wool, Mix, Dark Wash, Rinse (Spin/Drain), Drum Clean, SuperQuick, Shirts, Sportswear, AllergyPlus, and Automatic Soft. The maximum amount of loading in kilograms that can be added in each of the programs appears in the touch screen control panel. We need to select the correct program each time we want to run the machine for obtaining the best result. The Vario-Perfect technology in Bosch washing machine is worth mentioning. One option is Eco Perfect, in which the programs utilizes minimum electricity energy and minimum water and the program time is increased. The other option is Speed Perfect, in which the time required for washing is decreased but this option utilizes higher electricity energy and higher amount of water. In this washing machine, both the energy and water utilization can be monitored and observed by the number of bars in the touch screen control panel. In SuperQuick program the normal time of washing is 30 min but if you select Speed Perfect in SuperQuick program the time of program reduces to 15 min. Whatever option you choose (Speed or Eco), there is no compromise in the washing quality. The washing quality is always the best. This model has a maximum capacity of 9 Kg. It has a big stainless steel vario-drum. The interior light is of great help to find the small pieces of handkerchiefs, socks, etc, left inside the drum after the washing is over. The clothes come out very clean and are almost 80% dry. We like the smell of the clothes after they come out of this washer. I have also washed our woollen blankets in this washing machine. The blankets were washed well; and, were really very clean and almost dry. The Bosch Fabric Softener made the blanket very soft to touch, and its fragrance made it very pleasant to use. Washing the official shirts in the Shirt program, makes the shirts very clean and I observed there are almost no wrinkles in the shirts. There is almost no vibrations and the sound coming out during the washing phase is only the sound of the clothes rotating and falling inside the drum. Thanks to the anti-vibration technology and EcoSilence Drive Motor of Bosch. During the final spin phase, we can hear slight sound of the motor when it is spinning at 1400 rpm. Overall, this 9 Kg Bosch Front Loading Washing Machine WAT28661IN is a great machine and is a value for money product. I recommend this product for any promising customer.
