Apple’s new MacBook Neo - worth buying over MacBook Air M4?

I’m looking for a MacBook laptop, and my priorities are to browse, write and to boost my productivity. I’m considering two options, MacBook Neo and MacBook Air M4. What do you think would be suitable for me? I am a UX design student. Which one would be the budget-friendly and worth buying?
