Amazing beast for the price paid.Himanshu Chauhan (Jun 26, 2018) on AmazonI got this laptop today and truth be told I wasn't expecting much from this. In fact, I was searching what would be the return policy on this and how will I get my refund. I planned to use this for development and I wanted certain features of processors to be enabled by BIOS. Based on my previous experiences with super-budget (I seriously can't call this cheap) laptops, I was sure that the feature I wanted wont be known to BIOS. But I was amazed! It was supported!I am not using Windows that shipped with it, I installed Ubuntu (Mate Edition). The built-in 32GiB microsd holds the Ubuntu. I am using 128GiB microsd card that was lying around unused as my home drive. 2GiB RAM is sufficient and I used compressed swap in case the memory is needed.The only and only problem with this machine is that the keyboard layout (specifically special keys like ', | etc can be used by function key. The shift keys (specially the right one) is too small and my finger almost always hits the up key.The build is sturdy. I was expecting cheap plastic but no. Its plastic but good and feels sturdy in hands. The display is also good. Sound is quite loud.UPDATE: CPU is not 2.4Ghz, its 1.1Ghz but its enough.Is this review helpful?
