  i targeted this on billion day sale but couldn't make it so i purchased from IFB store. Efficiently washes all stuffs i washed my multi pocket 65 litres soiled backpack i was amazed by the result it was meticulously clean. In the comparative price range among other competitors like LG and samsung IFB offers best in class product

• A good washing machine

  The delivery and installation process was smooth. The washing machine is good as well. It makes very less noise, has semi-automatic features as well- You can program the features required. Only problem is that the length of the water pipe is small.

• Leading brand washer in your budget

  I bought this washer on billion-day sale. My order got cancelled. But then, flipkart created an order again, at the same price (15,300 with exchange) on behalf of me and even added Rs 500 to my wallet to compensate for the inconvenience. Thanks to flipkart for the great business ethics. I give 9 out of 10 to flipkart. IFB is synonymous for Washing Machines. This model is a perfect choice for those people with budget constraints. It looks great and works well. It makes very little noise and doesn't vibrate too much while spinning the clothes. It has all those basic features like fuzzy control, Power failure memory etc. But fuzzy logic and 'lint filter' are almost ineffective. You will find lot of lint stuck to your clothes after the wash. One of the big minuses of this machine is the inlet pipe that you get. It is so small that you will be forced to move your machine to a place very near to the tap. I give it 8 out of 10 to this model. But, you should be careful with IFB technicians. They will try to trick you to buy various accessories which you will find not at all useful, later. Using a stand for any washing machine makes it vibrate more. Unless, your washing machine is placed where you splash so much of water, on a regular basis, do not buy a stand. Please don't buy 'fresh n clean', a water purifying attachment. It can not purify water. Assuming that it purifies water, it will occupy lot of space. It is fitted behind the washing machine at the water inlet, and it is one foot long attachment. IFB technician (Dhanunjay) who installed my washing machine, tricked my wife to buy all those unnecessary accessories. And he simply feigned ignorance when we asked him if the drain pipe could be moved to the other side as we needed it very badly. He didn't want to take all the pain of changing the drain pipe to the other side. But I came to know that the drain pipe can be easily changed to the other side. Please insist on which side of the machine you need a drain pipe.Upon enquiring I learned that IFB franchised to one 'Ronny Enterprises' (Hyderabad). Their manager Mr. Gopi Krishna started abusing me when I asked them if I could return all those unnecessary accessories.

• IFB quality is not up to the Mark

  Its display panel has found faulty 2 times within a span of 11 months, which is a costly product. I asked IFB to give me the root cause, but they kept silent.

• Never buy if you are not sure about the water force

  I bought this machine and if the water flow is slow, it always shows one error warning with beeps and stops. Don't waste your money buying this.
