• The alarms are bad

  LG Top Load Washing machine comes with SOFTNER alarm of 20 beeps during RINSE. This is a feature that is very annoying and cannot be permanently turned off.It is hard to find out if it is beeping for SOFTNER or for END of cycle which has 8 beeps.The only option is to MUTE all sounds before every wash, by pressing two buttons simultaneously.LG gave us an option to cut off the buzzer from the circuit board. But this will be stopping even END 8 beeps.The Technician said that all of their washing machine have this feature and nobody complained.Even people who use SOFTNER will be annoyed by these 20 beeps during RINSE.Please LG for HEAVEN sake remove these Softner beeps or make it mutable !!
