  Flipkart service and the panasonic Services were absolutely fantastic. Buying these big products from the retailers are more risky then buying them from flipkart as they have good returns policies.

  The product is very satisfactory. So I am happy to recommend it However, the delivery van came with just the driver and one helper. They were unable to move the fridge. My wife and I had to help lift if which was inconvenient.

  About delivery -- - Shipment was on/before time. - Packaging was good, no damage to the fridge - Demo happened quickly (before time) Panasonic Fridge -- - Veggie storage is big and useful for big family - Build quality is good - Good design - as the freezing section is down, which is rarely used. So we don't need to bend down to get veggies/dairy stuff Drawback -- - Doesn't have a lock. Kids have easy access to the deep freezer section
