BAD QUALITY AND WORST CUSTOM SUPPORT
I bought a realme tv and within 6months the screen melted from corner. After complaining for 2 months i was offered to get the tv replaced and a compensation r-pass. My tv got replaced but the r-pass is still pending. Its a process of 6months. Customer care is nothing but just a group of kids given scripts with fake information. For 2months they didnt even told me that i need to submit a replacement application. R-pass is yet to come, but I've been also told that i will not get it because after 4months of my complaints they just cannot find my records.
