SMARTWATCHES UNDER 25000 IN INDIA

The OnePlus Watch 2 is available in just one case size and in two colourways. Its case is made from stainless steel and its display face is made from 2.5D sapphire crystal. The watch is also 5ATM resistant, IP68 certified and MIL-STD-810H certified making it very durable in all weather conditions.

The watch is powered by not one but two processors and two operating systems. The watch runs Google’s Wear OS smartwatch software as well as RTOS. The two operating systems switch seamlessly, with the former being used mainly when opening or running third-party apps.

The is quite accurate when it comes to health tracking, whether it's SpO2, heart rate monitoring or sleep tracking. It can also track short naps, which most other high-end smartwatches cannot.

Battery life thanks to its dual-processor architecture is quite good and the same goes for charging speeds which are well above average.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 offers a design which is nearly identical to the previous model. You do get a bigger display on the 44mm model and since the case size has not increased a thinner bezel as well.

The wearable packs Samsung’s latest chipset, which offers LTE connectivity. There’s also 2GB of RAM, which brings some much needed performance improvements to Samsung’s wearables lineup.

The companion apps which are preinstalled on Samsung devices are well designed and sync and work well with the smartwatch. Setup is not too difficult on a non-Samsung smartphone, but there is one Samsung exclusive feature which is reserved for Samsung devices.

Battery life is quite good overall, with the watch easily lasting a one and half days with the always on display feature switch on and a little less than two days with the always on display switched off.

The Michael Kors Gen 6 Bradshaw is powered by Wear OS, and is priced at Rs. 24,995 in India. The smartwatch looks great, and Wear OS is a great full-fledged smartwatch platform which enables a number of apps including the Google suite and more. However, the smartwatch has iffy fitness and health tracking, and sub-par battery life that might mean you have to charge the device twice a day. 

Although beautiful to look at, and fitting into a unique niche of being a smartwatch that works with formal wear, the Michael Kors Gen 6 Bradshaw falls short of competition such as the Apple Watch series and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4.
