  Before buying the product I thought , this product wont be so good as the brand "BPL" is really old and nowadays its not even seen any where . I had 2 household appliances from the same brand which are working smoothly till date.As it was a new launch on flipkart and for the lowest price Exchange offer I bought this product. No comments about flipkart service. I have been using this product from 5 months working really well no problems actually speaking it is better than my previous whirlpool washing machine.Minimum sound and won't shake during washing .I feel that it is worth buying the product.

  wanted to get a second hand washing machine but there was hassle of transportation. ordered this one as I could sell it 2 yrs later when I shift and get at least half the price back. ordered on Friday got it on sunday. Brilliant shipping by flipkart. reached safely and installed properly now about product: pros: -works well for washing and drying needs (better than few fully automatic) -quick wash -good wash drum capacity cons: -hard to figure out how to use initially as manual is for another model and not this one -drying drum is small as compared to wash drum so you have to dry twice if you fill upto 6 kg in wash drum(but not a problem as drying takes 2-3 mins) -irritating buzzer when wash is done

  BPL 6.5 Washing machine in its category is really good value for money, and that too with one month return policy &one year warrantee. It's just a week, product is working well, so no complaints now. Am sure both BPL & Flipkart will jointly address n solve any technical issues during the one year warrantee period. Flipkart & its system, is agile both online n offline too, the concerned team members were cooperative, soon after booking-cancellation-re-booking of the product everything online I was made to be on my e-toes to be with them even delivery was fast with COD & exchange of old machine that was bundled as offer-bait. Am happy with both, the product & service. Yes, there's always room for improvement..

  Although the product was delivered in time, however the product was not upto the mark as seen on the website. The top lid (fibre plastic) of both the washer and the dryer was bend and defective. Have opted for replacement, flipkart was not able to do the replacement of the same product.
