Which is the best smartphone for 18000/-?

I want to buy the smartphone having latest android version.
i have considered motorola moto x 1st generation and htc desire 816.
I want to know which one is better? are there any other alternatives within the price of 18000/-?
i want a smartphone for long use nearly 3years.

moto x is a good buy as it will receive android 5.0, not sure for the update in desire 816 and also the lollipop update

moto x is a good buy as it will receive android 5.0, not sure for the update in desire 816 and also the lollipop update would be the last major update on moto x gen1 so I would recommend you to go for moto g Gen2 or motox gen2
