Just wanted to inform you all that customer service of koryo is not bad it is extremely bad. If you mistakenly purchase purchased the products of koryo then make sure you will not get parts in market and even you will not get the parts in koryo company as well .So request to you all please do not harras yourself after purchasing the products of koryo. Very very bad product and customer service
