Pathetic serviceAmazon Customer (May 9, 2020) on AmazonSiemens washing machines offer a premium quality for the price. But the service is pathetic. Technicians know nothing about what to do. My machine stopped working and was out of warranty . They charge 808 rs just for visiting. No works done. Then you have to keep on calling them for resolution. Twice this happen with me. Every thime the issue was worn out carbon brushes. They told me to replace motor eve though genuine OEM carbon brush is sold by Siemens. Replaced it myself. Never taking any service from Siemens again...Is this review helpful?
