Hi, The tool native "Lock application" on my tecno camon 16 is not working fine. When I open the tool and that I press an application to lock it and then I move back to home screen my lock action is immediately removed as if I haven't done it. When I try to use external tools like "AppLock" it works just the first times I've done the config. first open on the locked apps request the PIN or PASS or Schema. But after that it stops to request these on the second, third, etc attempt to open the locked appl. CAn someone help to fix

I recently boughtAlcatel Tkee Mid Tablet. There are 2 speaker grills on the bottom. However, only one of them delivers sound. Just wanted to know if this is intentional? Could not find this information on manufacturer's website.

Redmi note 4 and vs redmi note 9 pro max

I am a Samsung Note fan. Owned Note 2, Note 5 and now Note 9. However every time I faced one distinct problem of display getting burnt or blurred. Now with Note 9 after upgrading with Android 10, I started facing major display problem. I had to get display replaced and paid Rs 17000/- at Samsung Service Center. Now I am planning to shift to iPhone as it costs same but with no problems.

Hi I have Samsung galaxy 4g watch (lte) service works well with one plus (jio sim) phone. However with iPhone XR wain in watch does not setup. Keep getting error no day plan found on watch, contact service provider. Jio guys could not help. Can any one here help?

Hi, I recently bought a Samsung galaxy S7 phone and was travelling to Europe the same day I bought it, 3rd June. After about a week the phone blacked out and stopped working but started working with some minor problems after 10 days.. But when I came back to delhi on 29th of june the touch screen stopped responding. I took the phone to the service centre and after checking it they say that due to liquid damage the phone has stopped working and refused to repair or exchange it under warranty. What should be done in such a situation because the repair cost is 40,000 INR almost as good as a new piece. But my main concern here is how a IP68 rated phone be liquid damage without any proper exposure to water except the general atmospheric moisture and why does the warranty get void in such a case if the company is widely advertising it as a water resistant phone? Please help!

i purchases xelo era hd phone through this side and face a problem in warrenty condition. i deposit phone in service centre before 2 month. i have not yet get my phone from service till now. please advice me?

We purchased a Samsung Google Nexus N3 in Austaralia in 2012 and it was used first in India then in Sweden, Finland, Poland before in dec 2015 the device crashed. Now back in Chennai, India, we have revived it by loading factory default software . However the battery is dying and I am unable to find a replacement.the reason for buying Samsung Google was its global brand image. Though all Samsung Galaxy batteries are same dimensions and similar specifications, the grooves on the battery peripheral lack plastic ends are very different. Short of flying to Austarlia, how can I source this battery, even online if required?

I have purchased Lenovo ZUK Z1 online from amazon on 23-05-2016, It worked hardly a month.Thereafter instrument is not connecting with network,  So I have given the instrument at nearest Lenovo service center at SATYAM ELECTRONICS Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad dated 15-06-2016. My work order no. DSN/LO/16/00323. Today (i.e. after one month) I called service center and call centre they said that it may take sometime to repair it however no fixed time.   It means you are taking 20 days to a month to repair a instrument. Is it not too long?
