Garmin Instinct Solar

The Garmin Instict is a rugged GPS smartwatch and comes with MIL 810G standard for thermal, shock and water resistance. The GPS wearable comes with Body Battery feature that allows users to analyse heart rate variability, stress level, sleep quality and activity data to determine overall energy levels.

There is a new feature called Pulse Ox (SpO2) tracker that measures blood oxygen saturation. The company says that this feature can monitor and indicate users if there is a drop in blood oxygen level even due to COVID-19 virus. The wearable is claimed to last up to 24 days in smartwatch mode indoors.
