The Samsung Galaxy M17 5G has a lot to offer in this price segment. The smartphone offers a sleek and premium-looking design, which is in line with its flagship series. The smartphone also packs a bright AMOLED display, a rarity at this price point. Moreover, the phone comes with decent battery life, though fast charging speeds could have been better. That said, if you are looking for a Samsung model in this price segment, then you can consider this. 

Oppo K14x 5G was recently launched in India as the first phone in the company’s K14 lineup. The handset currently retails in India at a starting price of Rs. 12,999 for the base 4GB+64GB configuration. Interestingly, this is a higher retail price than its predecessor, the Oppo K13x 5G, yet it offers less onboard storage capacity. The phone ships with almost the same hardware specifications as last year’s phone, while unfortunately also selling with a few downgrades, such as in terms of the selfie camera. However, the new smartphone is a decent deal at the price, which offers above-average performance. It is also capable of capturing passable images.

The Poco C85 is a stylish big battery smartphone with a design made mainly from polycarbonate. Despite its extensive use of plastic, the phone still manages an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

The phone has a notched display which may feel a bit dated, but it delivers when it comes to brightness, making it easy to use outdoors. Viewing angles aren’t great and the underlying hardware barely utilises the display’s 120Hz refresh rate.

Software works smoothly until you multitask or switch between apps. Its also loaded with tonnes of third-party apps and games. Battery life is average for this price point, and the same can be said about wired charging speeds.
