India Funding Roundup: EasyKhaana, Eckovation, Bite Club, FitCircle, Anakage

EasyKhaana
Delhi-based online food ordering and delivery website EasyKhaana, which currently operates in Delhi and Gurgaon, has reportedly raised $100,000 (roughly Rs. 66,00,000) in funding from a private investor. Founded by Aayush Anand in September 2015, the funding will be used to strengthen its logistics and technology, the company said.

Eckovation
Chandigarh Angels Network has reportedly backed social learning platform New Delhi-based Eckovation, founded by Akshat Goel and Ritesh Singh. The startup reportedly connects 35,000 students and 400 teachers on its platform.

Bite Club
Gurgaon-based Bite Club, an online marketplace for chefs, has reportedly raised a fresh round of capital from growX ventures, Enablers, and existing investors Powai Lake Ventures. Launched in November 2014 by Aushim Krishan, Sidhharth Sharma, and Prateek Agarwal, the startup offers apps for Android and Google Play, and reportedly works with a network of 180 chefs.

FitCircle
Mumbai-based FitCircle, a provider of fitness coaching programs has reportedly raised an undisclosed amount in its pre-series A round from Beerud Sheth, Webaroo co-founder and Ravi Mantha, ex-President of TiE Singapore. Founded in 2013 by Aarti Gill and Mihir Gadani, the website claims a user base of 2,500 members, with 45 percent daily active users.

Anakage
CIO Angel Network (CAN) has reportedly invested an undisclosed sum in Anakage Technologies Pvt Ltd, an in-app product learning and user support solution startup founded in 2013 by Rajeev Kumar and Prosenjit Ghosh. The fundraiser will be used to improve the product features and add more content.
