Very poorFlipkart Customer (Mar 1, 2017) on FlipkartThis is not a product review but a product delivery review by flipkart. I ordered FTKH35QRV16 AC from flipkart and instead FTKH35RRV16 was delivered. I created a return request for replacement which was also approved after technician visit. However one fine day I got a call from Flipkart service to say that they have delivered the correct product and cancelled my return request without my consent. Very disappointed with the service provided by flipkart. After again launching the complaint, the executive has assured me that the correct product will be delivered within 3 days. Let's see.Is this review helpful?
