I have taken Gogrej EON from Great Eastern Trading Company KolkataDebojyoti Banerjee (Jun 9, 2018) on AmazonI have taken Gogrej EON from Great Eastern Trading Company Kolkata. Where I have found the most worst customer representative who told me that the condenser quality is far good than the copper condenser. Hats off to Godrej after 1 year within a day the problem started.... Actually Godrej is making aloy condenser which is most worst in quality.... even worst than silver. But electric consumption is minimum.Next the service is amazingly worst..... I am calling to the service center.. call center every day they are saying the parts will be deliver in the next day.... Today it was my 5 th call to them... And the funny thing is they have written a note agains my complain "Address is not fount". But during the AMC collection and paid service they always found the customers home even if you are not so specifically described...... Over all my opinion is not to go with the product who doesn't have a after sales service support....If you want my feedback please call me +91-9874362020Is this review helpful?
