  Hi , one of the major reasons why I bought this AC was because Godrej uses R 290 as a cooling gas . This is the most environment friendly gas available at the moment . The AC was installed on the same day of delivery , it was professional and I was charged rs 600 for the installation . The technician who came for the installation told me I wouldn't need a stabiliser unless there were major voltage fluctuations in my area - which is not the case . The cooling so far seems to be decent and the AC has a good display on the main unit . The condenser has been kept in the verandah outside the drawing room and it doesn't seem to be making too much noise . The AC itself isn't totally silent but the noise is certainly not a deal breaker . There is also a silent mode on the remote which cuts noise in a big way . Totally recommended product
