• Confusing product description

  totaly confused with product description. somewhere it is written as 1.8 ton. and somewhere it is written as 2 tons. Also in functionality, it is mentioned as non-inverter type. Clarification in this regard will be highly solicited

• Worst service; had to settle in consumer court to throw the unit back!

  Hitachi worst service; no commitment to service so I had to go to consumer court that dragged settlement for more than a year and finally they had to pay but as usual the court asked to refund only what was there in the invoice for the ac whereas I lost my money for installation, anyway finally good riddance and this is a warning for any one looking for Hitachi.

• outdoor unit not working
