Chennai-based enterprise software company Zoho has launched two new products called Zoho PageSense and Zoho Flow. In another development, the company announced a new version of its website builder Zoho Sites, promising a clean new interface and more customisation. PageSense is a website optimisation tool that lets marketers improve conversion rates (the rate at which potential customers sign up for your service) by visualising, testing, and measuring visitor behaviour patterns. Zoho Flow is a “drag-and-drop” platform that lets you create flexible workflows between cloud applications.

Of these, Zoho Sites is probably the most relevant product for consumers, as PageSense and Flow are both geared towards businesses. Zoho Sites now features a few templates to help you get started with building your website. This makes basic things such as adding a carousel or newsletter a simple drag and drop process, Zoho says. It also supports more page elements, dynamic backgrounds such as videos and parallax images, and restrict access to their website to a few people within an organisation. Zoho Sites has a free tier limited to 5 pages, 500MB storage per month, and 3GB bandwidth. Paid plans start at Rs. 200 per site per month.

PageSense’s focus is on making the process of improving conversion rates smooth, according to Zoho. Its features include A/B testing for websites and Zoho adds that the visual editor lets you create different variations of the same webpage without actually delving into the code. A feature called Forecast estimates the probable conversion rates for each change before the test is completed.

Zoho says PageSense shows you heatmaps of where people have been clicking on the site, and a scrollmap to show you how far visitors have been scrolling as well. PageSense also integrates with third-party services such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, KISSmetrics, Mixpanel, and Clicky. Zoho PageSense starts at Rs. 1,740 per month for up to 10,000 visitors.

Finally, Zoho Flow lets you connect apps for your business to speed up workflows. If someone raises a support ticket, Zoho Flow can be set up to send an alert to the relevant department. These kinds of time-saving tasks can be performed without coding using Zoho Flow, the company says. The company adds that you can use the software’s set of functions to add complex actions via Zoho’s own programming language Deluge. Zoho Flow has a free plan limited to five flows and 100 tasks per organisation, with paid subscriptions to remove these limitations starting at Rs. 600 per organisation per month.

With these announcements, Zoho says, its Zoho One suite of enterprise apps includes 40 applications. Zoho is providing the new apps as part of that suite to all existing customers at no extra charge.
