The tablet comes with a 12.05-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1968x2800 pixels. iQOO Pad 2 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The iQOO Pad 2 runs Android 14 and is powered by a 10000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Pad 2 on the rear packs 5-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

iQOO Pad 2 is based on Android 14 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO Pad 2 measures 266.43 x 192.00 x 6.57mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 589.00 grams. It was launched in Gray Crystal and Lan Ting and Silver Wing colours.
