HTC has announced the launch of its latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone, the HTC Rhyme, in India, priced at an MRP of Rs. 29,990. However, customers can buy the phone for Rs. 27,499, which is it's market operative price.
The phone is powered by a 1GHz Scorpion processor and has 768MB of RAM. The display is 3.7-inchs WVGA with a resolution of 480x800.
The internal storage of the device is 4GB but only 1GB is available to the user. The storage is expandable via MicroSD card up to 32GB. The Rhyme also features a 5MP auto focus camera with an LED flash along with 720p HD video recording capabilities.
