After canceling their event on October 11, Google and Samsung have rescheduled the event for the launch of the next version of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich will be held on October 19 in Hong Kong.
Notably Google's Android chief Andy Rubin will speak at the event which also coincides with the AllThingsD AsiaD conference.
Rumour mills point out to the launch of a flagship Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) device which will either go by the Nexus Prime or Galaxy Nexus moniker.
The new ICS flagship is expected to come loaded with a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and a SuperAmoled + display with a resolution of 1280×720.
We also expect more updates in relation to Google+ and Google Music.
