Intex has introduced the Aqua Costa and Aqua 4.5 3G smartphones in the country. Both the handsets have been listed on the company site. The Intex Aqua Costa has been priced at Rs. 5,449 while the Intex Aqua 4.5 3G has been priced at Rs. 3,349. We can expect both the budget smartphones to be available in the Indian market soon.
The Intex Aqua Costa features a 5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) display and sports a pixel density of 294ppi. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Aqua Costa is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone.
It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6580M) processor paired with 2GB of RAM and comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage. The Aqua Costa supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB).
The Intex Aqua Costa sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and also packs a 2-megapixel front camera. It bears a 2200mAh battery with up to 11 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time. Connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, and Micro-USB. The smartphone will support 3G on one SIM and GPRS/ EDGE on second. It measures 145x72x9.4mm and weighs 145 grams. It will be available in Champagne, Grey, and White colours.
The Intex Aqua 4.5 3G features a 4.5-inch display with a screen resolution of 480x854 pixels and a pixel density of 218ppi. The Android 4.4 KitKat-based Aqua 4.5 3G supports dual-SIM (Micro + regular SIM). It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek (MTK6572A) processor. The handset packs 512MB of RAM and 4GB of built-in storage. The Aqua 4.5 3G supports expandable storage via microSD card. It sports a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. The Aqua 4.5 3G is backed by a 1500mAh battery.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, 3G, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB. It measures 133x68.6x8.9mm and will be available in Champagne, Grey, and Blue colours.
