Samsung recently launched a trio of Galaxy A Series smartphones in India, which include the Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30, and the Galaxy A50. An upcoming entrant to the company's re-imagined Galaxy A Series - Samsung Galaxy A40 - has now been granted the US FCC certification. The Samsung Galaxy A40 was recently spotted on the company's official UK website and has also paid a visit to Geekbench in the past. With FCC clearance in tow, it appears that the Samsung Galaxy A40 may be launched very soon.

The Samsung Galaxy A40's model number on the FCC database is listed as SMA405FN. As per the FCC documents, the upcoming Samsung smartphone will pack a 5.7-inch display and will have support for dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) and Bluetooth 5.0 LE. As per a leak, the Samsung Galaxy A40 will reportedly be priced at EUR 249 (roughly Rs. 20,000) and will be launched in India and a host of European nations.
