Samsung Galaxy Note III is here for a round of rumours yet again. This time the rumours revolve around a photograph allegedly clicked by the upcoming phablet circulating around the Internet.

The image that was spotted on Picasa Japan has EXIF information that reveals the model no. SM-N900 for the device used. Also, the dimensions of the image are 4128x2322 pixels. These dimensions fit the bracket of photographs clicked using a 13-megapixel camera in the 16:9 mode. The megapixel count as well as the dimensions for the image is the same as Samsung's current flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S4. The EXIF also reveals N900XXE_AUTO software used by the device for clicking the photo. However, do note that EXIF data can be faked and we cannot be certain that the picture was actually clicked by the Galaxy Note III. Also, the photograph is no longer available on Picasa and has been removed.

Rumours of a 13-megapixel camera for the device had existed even earlier, accompanied with those for a 6-inch full HD AMOLED display. Purported images for the device had also surfaced recently with those hinting at a full-HD display.

Previous rumours state that the phablet will be powered by a Snapdragon 800 chipset. The chip targets top-end smartphones and has 75 percent more horsepower than Qualcomm's old top-of-the-line model, enough to record and playback Ultra HD video as per the company. However, as per Qualcomm's own benchmarks, it doesn't consume more power, so battery life is not an issue. The Snapdragon 800 chipset has a quad-core Krait 400 processor that supports clock speeds of up to 2.3GHz.

The successor to the Samsung Galaxy Note II is also said to support Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5 GHz), GSM (GPRS, EDGE), W-CDMA/UMTS (HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA+, DC-HSPA+ cat.29), MBMS, LTE cat.4, CDMA2000 connectivity options.

The Samsung Galaxy Note III was recently also spotted on the company's Kazakhstan website.
