March 14 is D-day for Samsung as it is expected to unveil its latest Galaxy S IV flagship. But the leaks still continue with the latest set of images posted by the Chinese site IT68, which reveal both hardware and design details.

At first glance, the design seems to incorporate the essence of the Galaxy S III and colour wise, it also looks like the device we saw in a teaser image tweeted a few days back by Samsung.

One of the images shows the volume rocker on the right, while another features the slightly protruding rear camera and the LED flash just below it along with the Samsung branding. However, unlike the Galaxy S III, the device has a dotted pattern on the glossy back panel apparent from the images.

A speaker opening is situated at the bottom left and a Micro-USB port is also visible. The top is seen sporting the earpiece and other sensors in a close-up in one of the images.

There's also an image exposing the internals of the device, which shows dual-SIM slots and a microSD card slot as well. This is the first we've seen amongst the countless times the device has been leaked.

Furthermore, it also confirms many of the previously rumoured specs such as a 4.99-inch 1080p AMOLED display, the Exynos 5 Octa 8-core processor 2 GB RAM, a PowerVR SGX 544MP3 GPU and a 13-megapixel camera. According to the report, design wise, the Galaxy S IV will be just 7.7mm thin and weigh only 138 grams.

The specs also include the Smart Stay eye tracking feature that is already expected, as well as a new feature based on the recently rumoured floating touch technology that allows users to hover their fingers over the screen to create a Galaxy Note II S-Pen like effect achieved through Air View.

Recently, a user posted images of a Samsung device with the model number GT-I9502 on a Chinese forum that also offered quite a bit in terms of the deign and hardware. The images released now seem to be in line with the earlier ones, which also showed the phone featuring a 1080x1920 display, a 1.8GHz quad-core Exynos 5410 processor with 2GB RAM, PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU and Android 4.2.1.

The Korean company has been building quite a lot of momentum around its much-hyped launch from releasing teaser videos to organising a flash mob at New York City's Times Square.
