Sony 'Hayabusa' renamed Xperia TX, may launch August 29

Remember the leaked Sony's super-phone LT29i Hayabusa, it might debut in the market under the Xperia TX moniker.

According to a report in Xperia Blog, a trusted source has revealed this detail and the naming is also plausible since Xperia LT30 sports similar specifications and is being named as Xperia T.

According to previous leaks, Sony Xperia TX will come with a dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 4.6-inch display with 720p resolution and Android 4.0.

The smartphone will also come with 13MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera.

Online reports are indicating that Sony might announce the smartphone at company's upcoming press event at IFA Trade fair on August 29.

Sony's recently leaked Xperia tablet is also expected to be announced at the same event. The tablet is much thinner than its predecessor and is reportedly features Android 4.0, quad-core processor and 9.4-inch display with 1280x800p resolution.
