Videocon A45 seems to be a budget 5-inch device on the lines of Micromax A72 Canvas Viva. It runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Under the hood, the smartphone packs in 1GHz processor, 1800 mAh battery and 256 MB RAM. There is 3.2-rear camera and VGA one on the front.
Videocon A53 has the largest display amongst the six new smartphones at 5.3-inch qHD display. The smartphone is loaded with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 768MB of RAM. There is a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel front camera. The packs in 2,500 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
Videocon A51 is another large screen offering from the Indian smartphone maker. It features a 5-inch FWVGA Capacitive Multi touchscreen display. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM. For camera, there is a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with Flash and VGA one in the front. Videocon A51 runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and measures 46.2X78.4X11.3 mm. The smartphone comes with a 2,000mAh battery.
Videocon A27i is a 4-inch smartphone that runs on Android 4.0. It is powered by 1GHz processor along with 512 MB of RAM. The smartphone packs in 5-megapixel rear camera and VGA front camera. There is a 1500mAh battery in this smartphone.
Videocon A15 looks like a budget Android smartphone that runs on the dated Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). The other features of the smartphone includes, 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen, 1GHz processor, 256MB RAM, 1,400mAh battery, 3.2-megapixel front camera and VGA front camera.
Apps such as Times of India, Saavn, Facebook and WhatsApp come pre-loaded on Videocon A15.
So far there is no word on the pricing for these smartphones or when they will be officially launched.
