Vivo V11 With Waterdrop Notch Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Vivo V11 is priced in India at Rs. 22,990

Vivo has expanded its portfolio to launch the Vivo V11 in India. The smartphone comes after the Vivo V11 Pro launched earlier this month, and its key highlights include the in-display fingerprint scanner and waterdrop-shaped notch display. The Vivo V11 integrates the waterdrop notch, but sports a rear fingerprint scanner instead. Key highlights of the Vivo V11 smartphone include a vertical dual camera setup, a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display, a MediaTek Helio P60 SoC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 3,315mAh battery. It will compete against the likes of Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), Moto G6 Plus, Poco F1, and Oppo F9 Pro, among others.

Vivo V11 price, release date

Vivo V11 is priced in India at Rs. 22,990, and will be available on the Vivo E-Store, Flipkart and select offline stores from Thursday, September 27 onwards. It has been made available in Nebula Purple and Starry Night Black colour options. The company touts that the smartphone is part of the 'Make in India' program, and a slew of launch offers are introduced as well. There's a flat 5 percent cashback with Capital First, a flat Rs. 2,000 Paytm cashback coupon if purchased using Paytm Mall QR code in offline stores, a flat Rs. 2,000 cashback on HDFC bank credit and debit cards and paper finance, and additional up to Rs. 2,000 off on exchange on Flipkart. Flipkart also offers a buyback guarantee, and a one-time screen replacement in case of screen damage during first six months. No-cost EMI options start from Rs. 1,533 (up to 15 months on Bajaj Finance, Home Credit, Capital First and HDBFS, HDFC paper finance).

Reliance Jio is offering instant benefits worth Rs. 4,050 on recharge of Rs. 198 only, Jio vouchers worth Rs. 1,950, and Jio Platinum Device Security as well. Myntra, Paytm, and Swiggy coupons worth Rs. 2,100 will be made available as well, and these offers will end on September 30. Vivo has also partnered with Vodafone Idea to offer liquid and physical damage with Rs. 499 and above postpaid plans. Prepaid customers get 820GB data while postpaid customers get 600GB data on recharge of Rs. 198 and Rs. 399 plans respectively.

Vivo V11 specifications

The dual-SIM Vivo V11 runs Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo with the company's Jovi AI Engine. It sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2280) Super AMOLED display with 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by Mediatek Helio P60 processor paired with 6GB of RAM. Internal storage is at 64GB, which is further expandable via microSD card slot (up to 256GB).

In terms of optics, the Vivo V11 bears a dual camera setup with a 16-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor. Meanwhile, at the front, there is a 25-megapixel sensor that comes with AI-based features. Some listed features include backlight HDR, low-light mode, scene recognition mode, AI face shaping technology, and AI portrait-framing features.

The smartphone is fuelled by a 3,315mAh battery along with 18W quick-charging support. However, it has a Micro-USB port instead of a USB Type-C port. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0.
